Design conference at Eden Project 2-3 March

We’re proud to be hosting a cutting edge design conference in a few weeks’ time, on 2nd – 3rd March.

Arranged by Dott Cornwall along with other leading design organisations, the two-day event will see leading industry figures coming together to discuss the emerging trends driving business change and reveal new opportunities for design practice.

Among the impressive line of speakers for ‘Intersections 2011: Re-designing the future of business’ are:

• Design gurus John Thackara and Jeremy Myerson
• Eden’s very own Tim Smit
• Movers and shakers from Wired magazine, the RSA, Design Council, Fifteen Cornwall and ShelterBox

The sessions should be of interest to:

• Businesses wanting to find out more about the future of design and innovation
• Small, fast growth creative businesses
• Designers, experts and educators
• Local enterprise policy makers
• Design and business academics

There will also be workshops and co-created project activities in parallel to the conference as part of the six-week Cornwall Design Season.
