Eden dance club for local young people
Eden is the venue for a new dance club for young people from St Austell and the surrounding area.
Aimed at those aged 13 to 19, the sessions will take place at 10–11.30am in Eden’s Core building every Saturday from 5 February to 26 March.
Run in collaboration with The Works, Dance and Theatre Cornwall, which supports participation in performing arts throughout the county, the programme will give budding dancers the chance to try out a variety of styles including contemporary, Afro-Brazilian and hip-hop dance.
The club is open to all levels of dancers and no previous experience is needed. Participants should bring comfortable clothing and trainers.
Each session costs £3 and includes free entry to Eden for the day. To book a place, contact the Eden box office on 01726 811972.
