Head to Eden for our late-opening evenings, to enjoy live music, storytelling, performance, comedy and craft.

We’ve arranged a whole host of activities and spontaneous entertainment around the site, based around seven gifts and wishes that we want to share with you this festive season.

Love and Friendship
Take a ride on the Love Train, the bright pink rickshaw making its way around the Mediterranean Biome.

Health and Wellbeing
Get a back massage from the Back Rub Team, near the pineapples in the Rainforest Biome.

Planet
Buy something that doesn’t cost the Earth, in the Link Shop in between the Biomes.

Music
Hear performances from Cornish choirs, the Eden Choir and the Eden Ensemble, a brand new mix of our very own choir and a live band – inside the Mediterranean Biome.

Laughter
Enter the Laughter Booth, or watch a raucous puppet show of the Diddy Daves, on the decking in the Mediterranean Biome café.

Hope
Make your way to the giant balloon in the Rainforest Biome to hear a story and a song of hope, and to see our pond covered with glistening candles, in an ancient Thai tradition.

Time
Come to our reflective area in the Mediterranean Biome café, where we show you how to make decorative recycled envelopes, and give you the time to write that letter you always meant to.

Alongside all these arts activities, our skating rink is open too.

We’re offering these special evenings on 25, 26 November; and 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 27, 28, 29, 30 December 2011. Festivities begin at 6pm around the Eden site, and culminate in a spectacular lantern parade at 8.45pm. Find out more about the winter festival activities on our website.
