Hi, I have just looked at your cheese scone recipe which I would like to make, but I am a unsure of what you mean by soft flour, please could you let me know, I am wondering if it is wholemeal flour?
    Many thanks

Mags, sorry for the confusion. On speaking to our chefs they have recommended that you actually use all plain flour. We’ve amended the recipe accordingly.
