Receiving your advance tickets

Your tickets can be posted or emailed but if you don't have time to receive them by post or have access to a printer, simply select the 'collect at door' option and quote your six-digit reference on arrival at the Eden Ticketing Hall.

Included in the ticket price

  • A full day's entry to Eden's gardens, Biomes and education centre.
  • Annual membership and free entry to Eden for a year.****
  • A ride on our tractor-pulled land train. A feel-good contribution to Eden's charitable work.
  • Car parking and shuttle bus rides between the Visitor Centre and the outer car parks.

Free entry to Eden for

  • Under 5s: Free during public opening hours – there's an extra fee for our special events such as concerts and skating.
  • Carers: One per disabled person – just let us know in advance if you plan to attend an out-of-hours paying event.
  • Eden Friends: They can even bring their own friend for free. Find out how to join.
  • Eden Annual Pass holders: Simply activate your Annual Pass.

Reduced ticket prices for late opening days

When we are open until 9pm during half-term, on Tuesday 5, Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 June, you can get into Eden for the following reduced prices after 3.30pm:

  • Adult: £13.50
  • Concession: £11
  • Child: £5

Small print

Children aged 0–13 must be accompanied by an adult.

People who are unemployed, on Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support, Incapacity Benefit or Employment Support Allowance can get in for half price (ie £11.50). You must bring evidence of your status: for Job Seekers Allowance this means your ES40 signing-on card; for other allowances and benefits this means a letter dated within 6 months of your visit.

* Full-time students of any age – please bring your student identification with you.

** Dated tickets are available in limited numbers for certain dates (see booking page for dates). They are only valid for entry on the day that you select when you buy them. They must be purchased at least seven days in advance of the selected date. They are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you're buying more than 10 dated tickets, an additional discount will be applied at checkout.

*** Buy tickets on the door to receive this discount – if you arrive by public transport (ie bus or train), you will need to present a ticket with a valid destination (ie Eden for bus tickets; St Austell, Par, Luxulyan or Bugle for train tickets) that is valid for your day of entry to Eden.

**** If, instead of paying our daily admission price, you choose to make the Eden Trust a gift of the same amount, you will be able to exchange your admission ticket for an Annual Pass to Eden.
