Our eco cafe in St Austell's White River Place development brings a little bit of Eden to the town centre with our distinctive quirky touch, and of course, our ethics and environmental credentials.

Cafe information
As well as serving delicious local food and drink, the cafe also provides a space for arts exhibitions, music and community group meetings. As you'd expect with Eden, the cafe was built and fitted out to high environmental standards.
Finding the Cafe
We are on the top level of the White River Place development, opposite the Halifax, in St Austell town centre. You can see the location on our Google Place page, although the satellite photo was taken before most of White River Place was built.
Opening times
- Monday - Saturday: 9am–5pm (hot food is served until 4pm)
- Sundays and public holidays: 10am–4pm (hot food is served til 3pm)

A versatile venue
- Late-night opening, with entertainment such as locally sourced live music and theatre

- A collection box for used mobile phones, inkjet cartridges and laser cartridges to be sent for recycling in order to raise money for Eden's charity projects.
Fruit and veg exchange
Bring your fresh fruit and veg in from 8.45 to 10am on any day except Sundays. Please ensure it is washed, and free from dirt and insects. We will buy it off you at the same price we pay our suppliers. Please call before bringing in large quantities. we will not take responsibility for any trays or baskets left behind. In some rare occasions we may not be able to buy the veg due to high volumes. Money will be paid immediately: no 'drop and pay later'.

Kids' activities
Tots Rocks with Roger Luxton from Cornwall Community Music
Tots Rocks introduces children up to the age of five to music in a fun and playful way. The sessions will focus on musical games, singing, movement and hand percussion. Teacher Roger Luxton has previously worked as a drum technician for Blur, Oasis, The Verve, Prodigy and Primal Scream.
These free sessions take place on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month from 9:30 to 10:30am.
