Summer Splash!

Bring along your swimming costumes and waterproofs for some wild and watery fun. Use a range of weird and wonderful containers and see if you can transport water around the splash zone without spilling a drop! With pipes, gutters and leaky equipment, it won't be as easy as it sounds!

Den Building

You provide the work-force and we'll provide the materials! Use your design and construction skills to create your own shelter from all kinds of different equipment.

Fire Making & Survival Skills

You've probably seen the experts on TV rubbing sticks together to make fire -
ever wonder how they do it? Join our survival experts and find out! They'll show you a
whole range of techniques, including fire-making, for surviving in the wild.

On the Hunt!

How good a shot are you? Join The Bowmen and put your archery skills to the test. Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.

Wild food!

Join our experts to forage for food and discover the incredible edibles in Britain’s hedgerows and fields.

At Eden you’ll find plants and habitats from all over the world- which makes it the perfect place to try out those survival skills!

Summer Nights

We're open 'til 8pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the summer holidays, with reduced admission if you arrive after 3.30pm. Here's what's on.

 

Mediterranean Biome performances

We'll also be hosting visiting choirs and groups over the summer in the Mediterranean Biome:

Saturday 31 July and Sunday 1 August Monks from the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery in Tibet will be visiting to demonstrate their traditional music and dance and will also be creating a sand mandala.
