Arctic Gnome art installation
An installation of garden gnomes representing the ebb and flow of the Arctic sea ice. Visit the gnomes during opening hours, or come along to make an environmental pledge – with the chance of taking home a gnome – when the exhibition is manned, between 2.30 and 6pm each Saturday and Sunday.

Storytelling every day
Storytelling sessions happen at 12pm and 2pm, normally in the Citrus Grove in the Mediterranean Biome but check the noticeboards around the site for the exact location. Each session lasts between 15 and 30 minutes.

Ice skating on our beautiful rink
Our magical ice rink is back for winter 2012/13. In addition to our general skating sessions, there are skating lessons, and sessions for toddlers and 6-12 year-olds.

Christmas celebrations and winter festival
Celebrate with us at our Time of Gifts winter festival. There'll be lantern parades, chances to meet real reindeer, as well as ice skating, live music and storytelling!

BBC Stargazing LIVE at Eden: astronomy event
Join us for the official BBC Stargazing LIVE event for the South West! At this free event you'll be able to explore the stars with high-powered telescopes.

Part of our series of half-day gardening courses taught by the Eden team. A mixture of practical skills and theory, they're suitable for complete beginners, keen amateurs and those wanting to to start a career in horticulture.
