Tertiary education visits
The Eden Project is the perfect location for teaching and learning about a range of environmental, scientific and artistic subjects at further and higher education level.
Who are the field trips for?
We offer education programmes suitable for:
- students aged 16 and over studying at schools and sixth-form colleges for their A-levels, AS-levels, 14–19 Diplomas and other qualifications
- university students studying on undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
What are the educational visits about?
Some of the most popular topics we offer to college and university students are:
- Sustainable architecture and construction
- Regeneration and rural development
- Responsible business practice
- Communication
- Biodiversity and conservation
- Horticulture
Sessions can take place in a workshop room or as a ‘walkabout’ through the Biomes, or a combination of both.
How much do the field trips cost?
Our prices start from £11 per student (for groups of more than 13). This includes discounted entrance to the Eden Project for the day, plus a one-hour facilitated session with an Eden expert. Standard sessions are one hour in length, but we’d love to work with you to design a visit that suits you.
