This large bamboo candle really is huge, the photo doesn't do it justice.

The bamboo used in our stunning candle range is grown in Naan, Northern Thailand, at a family-owned and managed plantation.

The Bamboo is cut for size, the outer skin is stripped off and the core is sanded down to a smooth finish, before being kiln dried, treated with a fire retardant, colour stained, varnished and polished. After all this careful attention it is lovingly filled with soy wax and finally makes it into the natural world as a rather special candle.
