These coloured edge boards are as beautiful as ever - made from strips of bamboo finished with food safe oil. They have a lovely chunky feel and are definitely stylish enough to leave out on your work surface when not in use.

We recommend you use one side for cutting and save the other for serving (which gives you a chance to show it off!).

The boards are available in 3 sizes and 3 colours so you can choose a selection to suit your needs. We like the idea of using the colours to designate the use - e.g. Kiwi for fruit and vegetables, fuchsia for meat and cobalt for fish. However, they work equally well as a beautifully coordinated set of three of the same colour.

To keep your bamboo looking its best at all times, we recommend using our wood oil.
