Our milk chocolate is made especially for us by Kernow Confectionary right here in Cornwall.
Cocoa trees originally grew wild in Central and Latin America. The Aztecs and Mayans liked their cocoa brewed up with chillies (the original hot chocolate!).Today we tend to like it sweeter.
The cocoa and sugar in our chocolate comes from Fair Trade co-operatives in Central and Latin America and West Africa (no we didn't use the stuff we grow in the Biomes - not enough to go around!). The result, you get great tasting chocolate and the growers get a fair price for their crops.
(min cocoa solids 35%) sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin (non GM), natural vanilla flavouring.
