Sharps Special

As the strongest beer in our cask range, a higher quantity of premium English malted barley is used in the creation of this excellent beer. Malted barley adds a distinctive sweetness to the flavour profile, which compliments most desserts, especially those with a good measure of sugar such as treacle pudding. The sweet, roasted aroma also makes Special perfect with creamy, rich cheeses.

Doom Bar

The aroma of Doom Bar combines an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. The bitterness remains into the finish with dry fruity notes which implore the drinker to go back for more.
