This is a UK grown native tree with native truffle fungi inoculated roots. The technology to create UK truffle trees is developed in the UK and is in association with The Great British and Irish Truffle Association (G.B.I.T.A). Our truffle trees are not from outside the British Isles!
Properties
The tree is bare root, between 15cm and 30cm and is about a year old when delivered. They produce truffles from years 4-7 from planting. Oak trees will produce truffels for up to 50 years.
