White Wine

This full bodied white wine has a wonderful green-golden colour with crisp acidity and a hint of lemon in the taste. Made from a combination of the light skinned quality grapes Piquepoul and Terret. Delicious served chilled in one of our recycled wine glasses.

Our wines are made under the Pays d'Herault classification in the Languedoc region of France, just a few miles in from the Mediterranean coast.

Wine growers Olivier & Floriane Azan have been producing wines using organic viticulture at this site since 1985, growing both local varieties and younger imports from other parts of France. This method of growing which uses neither pesticides nor synthetic fungicides fully respects biological cycles and safeguards the environment.

The vineyard works with the grain of nature, allowing grass to grow to encourage diversity of insect life and to create natural foods for the soil. Additional fertilisation comes from purely organic materials including composts, seaweed and powdered rock.
