Wooden Deck Chair. Two for £65

Our wooden deck chairs are the perfect way to relax in your garden or take them with you to the beach or for a riverside picnic. A great gift for friends and family.

The deck chairs are made with solid Beech frames sourced from European Sustainable Forests. Beech wood is strong and durable and is largely used in building log cabins, chalets and houses.

Our deck chairs have an pretty, organic cotton sling which has been designed by local artist, Ley Honor Roberts who drew inspiration from our biomes. We have used our existing Tea Towel and Apron producer from within 5 miles of the Eden Project to print these unique patterns on to heavy weight canvas.

Each sling is removable and washable at low temperature.

The traditional deckchair has been around for over one hundred years, originally patented by John Thomas Moore and made here in Macclesfield, England. In those days they were mainly use on the ocean liners for passengers wishing to sit outside and enjoy the view - hence the name.
