DELIVERY TIMES
Your order will reach you within 10 days.
Most products are dispatched within two working days of receiving the order.
Plants may take a little longer (up to 10 days).
Express Delivery:
We can send some items via express delivery. This means that your products should arrive on the next working day, if your order is placed before 12.00hrs.
E.g. if your order is placed on a Friday it will hopefully arrive on the following Monday. If your order is placed on a Monday it will hopefully arrive on the Tuesday.
If you have ordered products via express delivery and via standard delivery in the same shopping basket, your products will be delivered on two separate dates.
Delivery Notification
You will receive an e-mail notification when your products have been despatched.
DELIVERY PRICES
The delivery charge will vary depending on the item/items you have ordered.
Due to the nature and size of some products they have to be dispatched separately and therefore incur an additional delivery charge.
For all other items you will be charged the highest delivery price in your shopping basket.
Products that do incur an additional delivery price:
- Plants - £7.95
- Composters, Water Butts, Hammocks, Wormeries, Bon-fire products - £7.25
Note these products are for UK only dispatch and are not available for express delivery

Standard Delivery Examples:
If you buy a packet of seeds and a plant, you will be charged £9.90 for delivery. (£7.95 plants delivery charge + £1.95 seed delivery charge).
If you buy a book and a t-shirt, you will be charged £4.95 for delivery.
If you buy six books and a t-shirt, you will be charged £4.95 for delivery.
If you buy a water butt and a composter you will be charged £7.25 for delivery
If you buy a plant and a composter and a t-shirt you will be charged £20.15 for delivery (£7.95 plants delivery charge + £7.25 composter delivery charge + £4.95 t-shirt delivery charge)

If you buy a book and a t-shirt, you will be charged £6.95 for delivery.

If you buy a plant and a composter and a t-shirt you will be charged £22.15 for delivery (£7.95 plants delivery charge + £7.25 composter delivery charge + £6.95 t-shirt delivery charge).
Reasoning for Direct Dispatch from Suppliers:
- It helps to reduce the products carbon footprint as there are less transport miles
- Keeps costs lower due to less transport miles.
