Festival of Play: summer activity for kids
This event is now finished for 2011, but you might like to check out our online play resources for kids.
At Eden we love to encourage families to play together in the great outdoors and to re-discover their creativity, imagination and ingenuity. Bring your kids to our Festival of Play activity over the summer holidays:
- den building: use all sorts of recycled materials to make a camp to be proud of
- summer splash: get wet with our fun water play sessions - work out how to carry water from A to B with an array of buckets, funnels and pipes
- learn circus skills including hula hooping, juggling, diablo, hat-trick routines and even unicycling!
- Wild Days Out: day-long outdoor play courses for the whole family, including storytelling and bush craft.

When: Saturday 23 July – Sunday 4 September 2011 (during the school summer holidays) den building: every day til 6pm (and 8pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) summer splash: from Monday 1 August, every day til 4pm
Where: den building in the Arena and the Stage, summer splash in the Orchard, circus workshops in the Blue Big Top
Price: included in the cost of admission to Eden

Come to Eden to try stilt-walking, unicycling, tightwire, clowning, juggling and hoola-hooping.
