Our Locals' Pass offer returns on 1 November 2015, allowing residents of Devon and Cornwall to buy a pass to visit Eden as often as they like throughout the year.
Why get a Locals' Pass?
As one of the the biggest visitor attractions in the South West, Eden has loads to offer. As well as our world-famous indoor Biomes – the steamy Rainforest and the relaxing Mediterranean – we've got our beautiful Outdoor Gardens where horticulture enthusiasts love seeing the dramatic changes throughout the year.
You can also take advantage of the delicious, locally sourced food and drink on offer in our cafes. You can watch tasty treats being prepared in front of you at our innovative Kitchen, or enjoy alfresco-style dining in the Mediterranean Biome, or sample seasonal dishes at our various other outlets.
Our packed calendar of kids' and family events during school holidays are free to Locals' Pass holders. (Please note that some activities at Eden require a separate ticket to be purchased, and are not covered by the Locals' Pass.)
"We buy the Locals’ Pass for our family of 4… It's brilliant for a few hours, or something to eat from the fabulous restaurant which is amazing value. We go about 8 times a year and haven't had a bad visit!"

How to get your Locals’ Pass
Buy your Pass onsite
Visit Eden between 1 November 2015 and 7 March 2016 to get your Locals’ Pass in person. Read more about the proof of residency that you should bring.
Buy your Pass online
From 1 November you’ll be able to buy your Local’s Pass via this webpage. You can choose to pay as a one-off payment, or to pay by Direct Debit. You’ll then need to visit Eden by 7 March 2016 to activate your Pass and get your card by showing proof of residency. Read more about this.
Renew your Direct Debit
We’ll automatically renew Locals' Passes for existing pass holders who pay by Direct Debit. You’ll receive a letter by post from us about the automatic renewal of the Pass.
If you choose to continue with the Direct Debit (ie don't cancel it or change the types of Pass that you want), then you can simply continue to use your existing (renewed) passes. While they may have an expiry date written on them, please ignore this – as our system will recognise them as having been extended when you next visit.
Terms and conditions
All passes are non-refundable.
Passes bought online are valid until 31 October 2016.
Any Locals' Pass bought online must be validated at the Eden Project by 7 March 2016, before you can use it. To do this you will need to present proof of residence in either Devon or Cornwall and a photo ID, together with your Locals' Pass ticket. A photo driving license is ideal. Locals' Passes are available exclusively to those whose primary address is in Devon or Cornwall (i.e. postcodes starting with TR, PL, TQ or EX).
When buying a Family Locals' Pass, the two adults and two children will each be given a Pass – which allows them to visit together or separately.
Adult Locals’ Pass holders (over 16s) will be photographed upon activation of the Pass, and the image will be securely stored. These images will only be used for identification purposes when arriving on site, and to prevent misuse of the Locals’ Pass.
Your Locals' Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and remains the property of Eden Project Limited.
Locals’ Passes are not valid in conjunction with School visits. Locals' Passes are non-transferable, once registered.
Pass holders may also be asked to confirm proof of identity when re-visiting using their Locals' Pass.
Passes may be cancelled and the holder refused entry if the holder is unable to confirm proof of identity to match their pass on subsequent visits.
Passes may not be re-sold.
