It’s Halloweden... but not as you know it. This half-term, come and pit yourself against Roald Dahl’s infamous villains, as you encounter themes from five of the best-selling books.

This half-term we bring you a spooktacular special that will delight children and grown-ups alike...
Take part in this essential witch spotter’s training session...but keep your wits about you!
- Times: 11.30am, 1pm, 2.30pm and 4pm daily
- Venue: Citrus Grove in our Mediterranean Biome
Fantastic Mr Fox
Tunnel into the farm to sneak out plump chickens and juicy apples, but beware...Boggis, Bunce and Bean are never far from the scene.
- Venue: in the centre of our Outdoor Gardens
Enter Mr and Mrs Twit’s house where terrible tricks and pranks await. Eyeballs, worms and tangled beards are the order of the day - are you brave enough to step inside?
- Venue: Dome Tent in the Arena
Enter a mystical, magical world as you tiptoe your way through The BFG’s cave to the dream making station. But sshhh....sleeping giants lie in wait.
Plus, join our expert snozzcumber carvers to see fantastical creations – at 10.30am–12.30pm and 1.30–3.30pm each day.

Every day is sports day at Crunchem Hall! Dare to enter the schoolyard and try out some near impossible challenges. But be careful – no one wants to end up in The Chokey!
- Venue: outside, behind the Ice Rink
Come along for a skate on our chilling ice rink (extra charge applies).
The Creepy Cabin
We're offering free, pre-bookable relaxed sessions for those with autism spectrum condition, sensory and communication needs or learning disabilities who may benefit from a more informal experience. To take part in one of these free sessions you need a valid Pass or admission ticket.
You can enjoy Halloweden at your own tempo in a more calm and gentle environment on Wednesday 25 and Friday 27 October. The sessions start at 8am (our car parks will open at 7.45am) and run until 9.30am, when Eden opens to other visitors.

Get your fancy dress on and join us for an evening of fang-tastic fun, including a spine-tingling disco, fire dancing and acrobatics, and an ice rink to chill you to the bone...
