This new club for parents and carers and their under-fives is designed to help children and their families play and learn together through outdoor games and activities.

What sort of things we get up to

Each week we meet in beautiful ancient fields and woodland on Eden’s outer estate for an hour and a half, where we’ll get you and your child involved in games and stories, quests and treasure hunts, making and creating things, and even campfire cooking activities.

“There is always a selection of activities like bubbles, a mud kitchen and crafts and Jasmine loves toasting marshmallows on the fire.”
Mother from Lostwithiel, with a three-year-old daughter

Who it’s for

Little Eden is for children of pre-school age (aged 18 months to five years) and their parents or carers. You’ll be part of a group of up to 17 children. The idea is that you accompany your child throughout the session.

When it happens

Little Eden takes place on Thursday mornings (10am until 11.30am) from 3 November until 15 December 2016, and from 5 January until 9 February 2017.

We hope that you’ll come along to as many of the 6-8 sessions per term as possible, so that you get to know each other, form friendships and grow skills. For our January/February sessions you can book your child onto all six sessions at the start of the term, at a discounted price.

Where it takes place

The sessions are set at the magical Little Carne Farm, in Eden’s wider estate. (We’ll send you directions once you’ve booked.) We plan to be outside every week unless the weather is dangerously bad – and we’ll have a tent and a portaloo.

When you book we'll send you joining instructions by email.

How to book

Little Eden is only £7.50 per child per session (£7 for children of Eden Project Members). At the start of each term you have the opportunity to book all sessions for a discounted bulk price.

Adults accompany little ones for free. You’re welcome to bring up to two children aged five and under (but please a maximum of one adult per child). Babies in arms, slings, pushchairs or back packs can come for free. You don’t need an Eden admission ticket to take part.
