Meet Father Christmas and his elves
Every year Father Christmas and his elves set up camp here at the Eden Project, from late November right up until Christmas Eve. The exact dates of their visit in 2017 will be announced nearer the time.
This activity is part of:
There are letters to sort, presents to deliver, and a very important sleigh to prepare. Father Christmas is keen to meet you and your children, so they can help.
Inside the cosy tent you’ll get to see ‘behind the scenes’, including the elves’ bunkbeds, the pigeonholes full of children’s letters, and all the stockings laid out ready for the big day.
After settling down for a story beside an open fire, each child can enjoy a special moment with the man in red.
"This Father Christmas was about putting the magic back into Christmas"
We work with the Sensory Trust to stage relaxed performances designed to welcome audience members who may benefit from a more informal experience, such as those with autism and sensory or communication needs.
"So much more than a visit to Santa... beautifully done"
Each session lasts approx 45 minutes and will start promptly. The time will be stated on your ticket.
You must purchase Eden Project admission tickets, or hold an Eden Project Membership, Annual Pass or Locals' Pass if you are going to visit Father Christmas as the experience will take place within the Eden Project.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and valid for the stated time slot only. Dogs are not allowed inside the Father Christmas tent.
All children must be accompanied by an adult; there is a maximum of two adults per group, with a maximum of four children per adult. Adult tickets cannot be exchanged or used as entry for a child.
Please note that all members of your party (children aged one year and over, and adults) must have a ticket to see Father Christmas.
To help Eden provide you with the best possible service, we ask you to provide any access requirements you may have when booking your tickets. Please contact the Box Office on 01726 811972 if you will be taking a wheelchair into the experience, as space is limited.
