Disabilities and Access
We aim to make Eden as accessible as possible and are working to maximise access for everyone. We offer complimentary wheelchairs, guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome and, where necessary, each person is allowed free entry for their carer. Eden is a large site but we provide wheelchair-accessible transport wherever possible. Seating is also provided all over the site.Disabled parking
Disabled parking is available to those who need it. Please either display your disabled badge or make contact with a car park steward.
Complimentary wheelchairs
We have a range of wheelchairs available. The range consists of: attendant controlled chairs, power chairs and power assisted chairs, all with a rating of 21 Stone/133 kg. The attendant controlled chairs do not need to be booked but booking is essential for the self drive or power assisted chairs. Wheelchair-accessible transport
A park-and-ride bus service operates throughout our car park system. A Land Train and Lift are available to transport people from the Visitor Centre down onto the site. Both vehicles have wheelchair access, although may not be suitable for larger mobility vehicles.
Disabled toilets
Please refer to site maps on your arrival to find the disabled toilets or ask a member of staff.
First aid
Eden has a dedicated team of first aiders and paramedics. If you are in need of any medical assistance, please contact a member of Eden staff and they will be happy to help.
Volunteers
Eden has a team of friendly, enthusiastic volunteers who are there to assist anyone with mobility or sensory impairments around site. These services are free, please call (01726) 818895 or e-mail gdyson@edenproject.com. We also offer signed group guided tours, to be in advance, usual tour rates apply.
