Eden Project Members and their guests are invited to attend a talk and demonstration by James Clark, Specialist Horticulturist in Eden's Outdoor Gardens.
James will, through an interactive demonstration, show the different techniques for harvesting food crops in Eden's Global Gardens allotment.
Eden's Global Gardens allotment features all sorts of vegetables, from the likes of trusty potatoes and cabbages to more unusual crops from around the world, such as Mountain Spinach, Chop Suey Greens, sweet potato, chillies and lemongrass.
James Clark is one of Eden's experts in this area, and through his interactive talk will demonstrate how to harvest food crops, and will be available to answer any questions you may have.
This event follows up from James's demonstration on Sowing the niche, novel & normal on 29 March 2018.
