NoFit State, the stars behind Eden’s 10th anniversary summer circus show Labyrinth, will lead a colourful parade through St Austell’s shopping centre White River Place.

Everyone is invited to the event which will feature weird and wonderful acrobatics and live music with Indian-style bhangra drumming group the Dhol Foundation.

It’ll be the culmination of a day of free circus skills workshops on juggling, Diablo, hula-hooping, drumming and face-painting. There’ll also be a chance to prepare for the parade at dressing up workshops - add glamour and glitter to hats, brollies, wellies and wheels such as pushchairs and scooters.

Labyrinth is an amazing new show by critically-acclaimed circus company NoFit State to be performed at Eden throughout this summer holiday.

Created especially for Eden's stunning setting, the show will blend jaw-dropping aerial acrobatics with surreal circus stunts and live music and dance. Using the entire project as a stage, top circus performers from around the world will move among the audience and overhead on flying trapezes, swings, cradles, tightwires and hoops.

This will be the first time Eden has hosted an evening show throughout the summer holidays and Labyrinth has been created especially to mark the project's 10th birthday. Hailed as the future of British circus, NoFit State are described as "Cirque du Soleil without the Disney and the disinfectant."
