A dazzling display of dahlias is one of the stars of a spectacular late-summer show of flowers at the Eden Project in Cornwall. Pictured is visitor Sim-Ning Yee enjoying the blooms, against the backdrop of Eden’s spectacular Biomes.

Skilled horticulturist Helen Lannon said:  “We have the warm, relatively dry summer to thank for a quite stunning show of colour right now.  Visitors especially love the superabundance of dahlias in vibrant colours which brighten the end of summer right through into autumn. These flowers originate from Mexico and Central America and they seem to love the climate here in mild, temperate Cornwall.”
