Member and Passholder admission
Find out more about what to expect during your visit, as we’ve introduced changes to keep you safe during the coronavirus pandemic, including limiting visitor numbers, new one-ways systems, and the closure of certain places and services.
A time slot for each visitor
Each visitor must reserve a time slot for their visit, including those who visit Eden for free*, such as personal carers, under-fives, or for any family guests accompanying an Eden Project Member, as part of their Membership guest entitlement.
Please note that only Eden Project Members are allowed to bring in guests for free, whereas Annual Passes and Locals' Passes allow entry for the passholder only.
Please use the form below to start reserving your time slot. Choose the number of tickets you require, the date and whether you would prefer to come in the morning or afternoon, then select "Check availability" to start the booking process. You’ll be offered a choice of available time slots for your arrival.
Now that we have a limited daily visitor capacity, we’re sure you can appreciate that we ask you not to book multiple time slots which you may not be able to make.
About your arrival time
Your chosen time slot gives you a window of 30 minutes in which to arrive, but once here, you’re welcome to stay all day.
Please help keep to social distancing guidelines and don’t arrive earlier than your time. You may not be admitted if you do not arrive at the correct time.
Before you arrive, to speed up your entry to Eden, please make sure you have proof of your time slot ready on your phone or on a printout plus your Pass or Membership card.
If your plans change and you’re unable to make your visit after all please do let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking reference, so we can make your space available for someone else.
Booking ice skating
If you'd like to book skating as well, please visit our skating page where you can do this along with reserving a timed admission slot.
