This Eden Project bee and bug house provides a perfect home for all kinds of beneficial insects such as solitary bees, ladybirds and lacewings.

Bees help pollinate your plants and ladybirds and lacewing larvae eat insect pests such as aphids.

The sturdy bee and bug house can be left outside all year round. It is made of sustainably sourced timber, with bamboo tubes where insects can live, nest and let their larvae develop. It is well insulated against winter cold and also strong to keep out anything that could harm your beneficial insects.

This insect house is also designed specifically to attract solitary bees. These wonderful creatures are non-aggressive, non-swarming and do a fabulous job of pollinating flowers. They are naturally attracted to holes in wood; a safe place for nesting, laying their eggs and letting their young develop. With these natural habitats becoming harder to find this bee and bug house provides a welcome home.
