These kits give even the most culinary challenged cook the chance to make their own artisan salmon, and grant themselves bragging rights for being a bona fide British artisan food producer.
The kit contains everything you need to make your own gin, smoky and beetroot cured fish at home. All you need to do is add the salmon! Each cure takes three days to make some truly delicious fish.

- Instructions booklet.
Make sure to use good quality salmon from your local fishmonger/ fish counter. This way you’ll know you’re getting your fish from a sustainable source, plus you’ll be supporting British businesses.
Please note these kits do not come with pork or salmon.

BEETROOT CURE: Rock Salt, Muscovado Sugar, Beetroot, Dill, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper.
COTSWOLD GIN CURE: Rock Salt, Muscovado Sugar, Juniper, Lime, Grapefruit, Lavender, Black Pepper, Coriander, Bay, Angelica Root, Cardamom.
