Indian-style flatbreads

Served on a sourdough naan, topped with lachcha onions, mint yoghurt chutney and coriander.

Halloumi fries

Delicious Eden-made halloumi fried with a topping of your choice, finished with pomegranate seeds and freshly chopped mint.

Gourmet burgers

Dig into a locally sourced burger, dressed with beef tomatoes, red onion and rocket.

  • The classic burger: A prime 6oz beef burger with rocket, beef tomato and red onion served in a locally baked bun: £7.50 (£9.50 with fries) (children's version: £4.75 or £6.25 with fries)
  • The smoky burger: a prime 6oz beef burger, smoked cheddar, smoked streaky bacon, with an applewood and hickory-smoked mayo: £8.95 with fries £10.95

  • The Beyond burger: A Beyond Meat burger with tomato, red onion, rocket and vegan cheese. It looks like meat, tastes like meat, but it's made from pea protein: £9.95 with fries £11.95 

  • Maple-barbecued pulled jackfruit burger with a broccoli and fennel slaw and an avocado ranch-style dressing: £7.50 with fries £9.50 (children's version: £5 or £6.50 with fries)

  • Katsu chicken burger: panko-crusted chicken breast with a katsu mayo and pickled radish: £8.50 with fries £10.50 (children's version: £5.25 or £6.75 with fries)

  • Large chargrilled Cornish sausage with sweet caramelized onions in a locally baked roll: £6.25 with fries £8.25 (children's version: £4 or £5.50 with fries)

Sourcing and recycling

We’re proud that over 80% of the money we spend on catering suppliers is spent on businesses in Cornwall and Devon. We use only Cornish meat, dairy and eggs in our on-site cafés – as well as Cornish salad leaves, when they are in season. Find out about our sourcing.

We recycle a lot of our food waste in a huge composter that transforms it into a nitrogen-rich soil enhancer for our gardens.
