Pukka offer terms and conditions
These are the full terms and conditions for the Pukka entry offer running during autumn/winter 2016.
The offer is for a one-day admission ticket to the Eden Project at the offer rate of £5. There is one ticket per voucher code issued.
Only one voucher code is issued per email address.
The voucher code is valid for redemption for a limited time – please see your email confirmation for the redemption date.
The offer is as described and there is no cash alternative. No other expenses, including travel, are included as part of the offer.
The offer is non-transferable and non-refundable. The purchased £5 ticket is valid for one year from date of purchase.
The offer is not open to employees of the Eden Project, Pukka Herbs, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the offer.
The Eden Project reserves the right to cancel the offer at any stage if deemed necessary.
Redemption of the offer is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Eden admission tickets each have a unique barcode on them which will be scanned on entry. If the barcode on your ticket has already been scanned the barcode scanner will alert the attendant and you will not be admitted.
All Eden tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The admission ticket allows you to use the pre-paid ticket desks but does not guarantee entry on a particular day as on extremely busy days we may have to close the gates for health and safety/capacity reasons.
Admission tickets allow you access to the site during public opening hours and do not include any separately ticketed events e.g. ice skating, Eden Sessions, Hangloose, Father Christmas activities; these activities must be booked separately.
The admission ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount or special offer.
