See grand displays of wildflowers at the Eden Project in spring and summer, with mass sowings of poppies, cornflowers, daisies, corn marigolds and more.
Look out for swathes of beautiful, native wildflowers around the Eden Project site this summer, where we’ve sown some of Britain’s best-known species, including poppies, cornflowers, daisies and corn marigolds.
They’re bringing a riot of colour to our Outdoor Gardens, and a welcome greeting to visitors on the main approach into the attraction, as well as attracting a host of insect species.
It’s all part of our new initiative to reintroduce native wildflower species into the UK, now that we’re home to the National Wildflower Centre. Our aim is both to reverse ecological decline and to bring biodiversity, delight and colour into our lives.
Come and take a look at the wildflower displays this summer to find out the good these blooms do for native ecosystems, and to get inspiration for your own garden.
