This unique immersive experience is great fun for friends, families with older children, gaming and puzzle fans, team builders, explorers, and the curious…it's the South West’s most ingenious escape room yet...
"Brilliant fun; brain-scrambling, puzzling and frustrating, but brilliant fun all the same"

Can you save the alien in time?
There is nowhere better for alien life to first land on Earth than the Eden Project. Aliens can acclimatise to Earth’s environments in our Biomes, and they can benefit from our expertise in the Invisible World and the human microbiome to find out how to survive on Earth.
Now that an alien has arrived at Eden, it's in need of your help! It does not have the beneficial microbes that we Earthlings have and without these microbes it's more vulnerable than a newborn baby. It has been placed in a quarantined environment and is awaiting immediate treatment.
As one of our trainee scientists, you must enter the quarantined chamber and try to diagnose and treat the alien's condition. You will have 45 minutes to save it and its species. If you don’t succeed, the alien may be lost forever and you’ll be trapped...
"An excellent experience, we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it… very well set up and great value."
"This was a first for us and it was brilliant!"

What is an escape room game?
The basic premise of escape room games is that players are locked inside a themed room and need to work as a team to solve a series of puzzles, riddles and tasks within a set time limit. Phones and the internet are useless here; use your brain and cooperate with each other to overcome the obstacles and complete the challenge.
How many people can play at at time?
The game must be played by groups of three to five people.
Two groups of five can book to play at the same time. Please call the Box Office on 01726 811972 to enquire about availability for this.
Who is it designed for?
It's a great activity for families or groups of friends or colleagues. The minimum age for participants is eight years and above. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the game last?
Is it accessible to disabled people?
The room is accessible to wheelchair users. If you have any other accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance. There is also a seat in the escape room.
When should I arrive?
You should arrive at Eden in good time to make your way to our Core building, where the game takes place. Get to the Core about 5-10 minutes before your allocated slot. Don't be late, as you won't be allowed entry into the game!
What clothes and shoes should I wear?
You can wear anything you like.
How do I book?
Can I get a refund?
Our Escape Room is a ticketed, live event. Once a booking is confirmed, refunds, cancellations and reschedules are not possible.
What if I'm late?
Latecomers will not get a refund or reschedule: much like a theatre show, the show continues with or without you.
Do I need an Eden admission ticket as well as an Escape Room ticket?
For bookings between Saturday 14 January and Friday 10 February your Escape Room ticket will give you valid day entry on the day of the event to the Eden Project included in the price. For bookings between Saturday 11 February and Sunday 19 February you will require an Escape Room Ticket and a valid Eden Project admission ticket, Annual Pass, Locals' Pass or Eden Project Membership.
Drunk and disorderly policy
You may be refused entry or ejected from the game if you appear to be under the influence of drink and drugs, or are behaving in a disruptive way.
Rules on recording
Due to the nature of the game no recordings can be taken inside the room. That includes (without limitation) the use of mobile phones, recording devices (video and/or audio) and cameras. The use of such a device in the room is not permitted at any time.
