Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, with a maximum of 4 children per adult. Don't forget, under threes can come along for free – but you do need to book them in for free using our online booking site.

There is no need to buy an Eden admission ticket (as long as you arrive after 5pm).

The ball starts at 6pm, but you’re welcome to arrive at Eden from 5pm, as long as you have a Little Monsters’ Ball ticket. Last admission to Little Monsters' Ball is at 7.30pm, and Eden will shut at 9pm.
