Meet Father Christmas, Mother Christmas and the elves
Every year Father and Mother Christmas and their elves set up camp here at the Eden Project, from late November right up until Christmas Eve.
Our Father Christmas experience
There are letters to sort, presents to deliver, and a very important sleigh to prepare. Father Christmas and Mother Christmas are keen to meet you and your children, so they can help.
Inside the cosy tent you’ll get to see ‘behind the scenes’, including the pigeonholes full of children’s letters and all the stockings laid out ready for the big day.
'We go every year – it’s so magical and is the start of Christmas celebrations for us.'
'So much more than a visit to Santa... beautifully done.'
Guidance for ticketholders
Each session lasts approx 45 minutes and will start promptly. The time will be stated on your ticket. Please arrive at our Ticketing Desks at the entrance to Eden at least a half hour before your booked Father and Mother Christmas session, as you may not be admitted if you arrive late.
Please note that all members of your party (children aged one year and over, and adults) must be covered by your ticket(s) to see Father and Mother Christmas.
You must purchase Eden Project admission tickets, or hold an Eden Project Membership, Annual Pass or Locals' Pass if you are going to visit Father and Mother Christmas as the experience will take place within the Eden Project. Children aged four and under can visit Eden for free, but any child aged one year and over who is visiting Father and Mother Christmas does need a ticket for this event.
All children must be accompanied by an adult; there is a maximum of four children per adult, and three adults per child. Adult tickets cannot be exchanged or used as entry for a child.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and valid for the stated time slot only. Dogs are not allowed inside the Father and Mother Christmas tent.
To help Eden provide you with the best possible service, we ask you to provide any access requirements you may have when booking your tickets. Please contact the Box Office on 01726 811972 if you will be taking a wheelchair into the experience, as space is limited.
