Rob Chatwin

Previously, Rob was an Executive Vice President and a member of the Group Operating Board at Natura & Co. Rob was also the Chief Transformation Officer at Avon and at the Body Shop as part of the integration programme into the Natura Group.

Before joining Natura in July 2010, Rob worked at Royal Philips Electronics in several functions including global CEO of Philips AVENT, Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, Head of Strategy and New Business Development for the consumer division based in Amsterdam and for Philips LATAM in Sao Paulo. Before that he was an Investment Banker focused on M&A execution at HSBC Investment Bank in London and at KPMG Corporate Finance in London and Brazil.

Rob is a Brazilian national, a UK Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Based in the South West, Rob is married to Lucy with four children. Hobbies include sailing, walking and understanding the full planting aspect of Eden.
