Food and drink
The delicious food we serve in our cafés reflects the stories we tell in our exhibits. Our food is responsibly sourced, fairly traded, single-source, seasonal and/or local and freshly made, often in front of your eyes.
We cater for vegetarians, vegans, meat-eaters, gluten-free diets, and those with other dietary requirements. Please tell a member of staff if you have particular dietary requirements and they'll do their best to help you.

Biome Kitchen
From simple sandwiches and children’s lunch boxes to freshly prepared hot meals, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The Biome Kitchen also offers hot and cold drinks, cakes and snacks.
Our menu is designed to support healthy people and a healthy planet, using Eden-grown produce wherever possible and you'll find the Biome Kitchen on the ground floor of the building in between the Biomes.
Please note that during our Eden Sessions season we will be serving our Sessions menu on the following dates:
- 16–20 and 26 June
- 5, 9–12 and 15 July

Med Terrace Restaurant
Located in the Mediterranean Biome, this tranquil dining experience will feel like you've been transported abroad, without having to leave Cornwall. Choose from a range of dishes inspired by Mediterranean flavours, from mouth watering paella to artisan pizzas – crafted from Eden-grown and locally-sourced ingredients.
On Tuesdays throughout the season you can also join us after hours from 6-9pm (until end of October 2026). This tranquil dining experience features a seasonal menu of splendid flavours. Advance booking for the experience is essential.
Open between the spring and autumn all day for drinks, with lunch served daily (no booking required) and pre-booked evening meals available on selected evenings.
Biome café
Variable opening hours throughout the school holidays, our Core Café serves barista coffees, teas, cold drinks, as well as a delicious selection of sandwiches, pasties, sausage rolls, cakes and snacks. This café is located on the top floor of the core building.
Open all day serving food and drink.
Coffee House
This café in the Visitor Centre at the main entrance to Eden Project serves a delicious selection of cakes, soup, sandwiches, pasties and savoury rolls alongside ethically sourced coffee, other drinks and snacks. Open all day for a quick bite when you arrive or for refreshments before you head home.

Ice cream parlours
Our ice cream and sorbets are inspired by the fruits of the rainforest, and are made with panela (unrefined whole sugar cane). Our ice cream parlours are on the bridge between the Biomes and out in the garden.
Core Café
Open on select dates throughout the school holidays, our Core Café serves barista coffees, teas, cold drinks, as well as a delicious selection of sandwiches, pasties, sausage rolls, cakes and snacks. This café is located on the top floor of the core building.

Stage Café
The Stage Café serves delicious burgers, gyros and loaded fries as well as hot and cold drinks, cakes and snacks for all the family. You’ll find this café within our stage, which is in the large white covered building in front of the Biomes.
Open at weekends during the winter, and during some school holidays including the summer holidays.
The Bakehouse
Open throughout the school holidays serving a selection of savoury baked goods including the classic Cornish pasty, fries and a selection of freshly made sandwiches. Also serves snacks, tea and coffee and cold drinks. You'll find this café on the ground floor of the link building between the Biomes and it's open until 3.30pm.
