Discounted tickets bought online cannot be combined with any other offer. Discounted tickets bought online are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Receiving your tickets

Your tickets can be posted or emailed, but if you don’t have time to receive them by post or have access to a printer, simply select the ‘collect at door’ option and quote your seven-digit reference on arrival at the Eden Ticketing Hall.

You could also present this ticket reference number to staff on your smart phone.
