Marinated in extra virgin olive oil, these pistou basil & garlic olives are inspired by the blue skies of Provence. Pistou refers to the Provencal version of Italian basil pesto – the French simply use basil, garlic and oil.
Clean and fresh, the basil infused extra virgin olive oil makes for a great salad dressing after the olives have been eaten.
