This hot sauce, handmade in Cornwall, is not to be messed with. The word gargoyle comes from an old French word for ‘throat’, which tells you something about which part of your body will feel the effects first!
It’s extremely good served on the side with chicken, pork or lamb. Add to eggs or serve alone as a fabulous chip dip.
Take a block of cream cheese and pour gargoyle hot chilli sauce all over it. Then serve with the crackers of your choice, delicious!
