Julia joined the Eden Project in February 2026 as Director of Finance and Central Services, bringing 16 years of senior finance leadership experience across global private and public‑sector organisations.

In her role, she is responsible for leading Eden’s financial strategy, governance frameworks, central services, and long‑term organisational resilience — ensuring Eden is equipped to deliver on its mission during a pivotal period of growth.
A Chartered Accountant (ACA) and PRINCE2‑qualified project professional, Julia is recognised for her strategic leadership, strong stakeholder relationships, and ability to design and implement effective financial processes. She has deep experience across technical accounting, statutory reporting, forecasting, financial modelling, and risk management, and is known for developing high‑performing global teams.
At PA Consulting, where she served as Director of Commercial Finance, Julia led global finance teams and supported executive leaders in shaping financial strategy. She contributed to major organisational milestones, including investor transitions and finance transformation activities that enhanced transparency, efficiency, and long‑term performance.
Julia brings particular strengths in commercial finance, compliance, and organisational design, with experience supporting complex bids, pricing strategies, and financial decision‑making in rapidly evolving environments. She is skilled in guiding organisations through structural and operational change while maintaining financial clarity and alignment.
She holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Birmingham, is ACA‑qualified and PRINCE2‑certified.
