To visit using an Eden Project Membership, Locals' Pass or Annual Pass you simply need to book yourself a (free) time slot online by following the 'Member and Passholder' options on our admissions page.
Then when you visit please present at Ticketing your Annual Pass / proof of purchase (such as your Pass or – if you weren't given an actual Pass – just the receipt you were given when you visited, or the booking confirmation you were sent when you bought it online).
If you've lost your Annual Pass or you're unsure when it expires, please email our Box Office with your booking reference on boxoffice@edenproject.com (or call 01726 811972, open daily 9am-12).
Once booked, if you're unable to make your visit after all, please let us know by emailing boxoffice@edenproject.com with your booking reference.
That way, we are able to offer your valuable place to someone else. This will help us greatly as we reach our limited visitor capacity during busy periods.
