It's easy to upgrade your Annual or Locals' Pass to become an Eden Project Member and start enjoying a wide range of additional benefits – we'll take care of everything for you.

Members receive free entry for themselves and a family guest each on every visit to Eden, as well as great discounts, priority access and offers, and the opportunity to get behind the scenes at exclusive events.

How to upgrade

Please contact us on the details below with the information of your current Pass(es) so we can help you choose the best option and provide your personalised price to upgrade:

  • If you bought your Pass recently we can discount the full value from the cost of Membership
  • If you’ve had your Pass for between one and ten months we will give you a pro-rata discount
  • If your Pass is approaching its expiry, we won't be able to offer you a discount, but we would love for you to join us as a new Member

Please note that we can only upgrade a maximum of one Adult Pass to Individual Membership and two Adult Passes to Joint Membership. Your new Membership will be available to use immediately and lasts for a full year.

2 Members from the same address, plus 1 family guest each
Joint Over 60
2 Members as above, both aged over 60, plus 1 family guest each
Joint Family
2 Members as above, plus 1 family guest each and up to 3 children in total per visit (aged 5-16)
