How to renew

To access your exclusive 20% renewal discount, please choose your preferred payment option below, logging in immediately using the email address to which we sent your renewal reminder as your username. The discounted prices will then automatically be displayed for you.

Save 15% with an annual Direct Debit, and your Membership will renew automatically each year.

Useful renewal information

We will post your new eco-friendly card(s) and windscreen sticker within the next month. In the meantime, please bring along your current or expired Membership card to gain entry to Eden – as we will update our records within the next 2 working days to show that you've renewed. You will also need to quote the reference for your pre-booked time slot.
