Gift Membership Activation

We are delighted that someone special has treated you to an Eden Project Gift Membership – welcome!

Your Gift Pack or E-voucher details the type of Membership you have received* and contains a unique activation code.

To activate your Membership click on the link below and select 'Gift Membership' from the voucher redemption options. 

If activating a Buy a Gift or Red Letter Days Gift Membership, please email the Membership team on members@edenproject.com with your unique activation code and your contact details. 

How to activate your Membership

Please note that during the activation process we will only require the name(s) and contact details of Members – we do not require the details of your family guests at any point.

You can use your Membership immediately, using your booking reference number which you will receive by email after activating. 

You will be posted your Eden Project Membership card(s) and welcome pack within two weeks.

*Members' car parking is first-come, first-served. Please note that during peak times and the Eden Sessions, you may be directed to alternative parking. Priority booking is offered for selected events and does not provide a ticket guarantee.
