How to upgrade

Please contact us on the details below with the information of your current Pass(es) so we can help you choose the best option and provide your personalised price to upgrade:

If you bought your Pass recently we can discount the full value from the cost of Membership
If you’ve had your Pass for between one and ten months we will give you a pro-rata discount
If your Pass is approaching its expiry, we won't be able to offer you a discount, but we would love for you to join us as a new Member

Please note that we can only upgrade a maximum of one Adult Pass to Individual Membership and two Adult Passes to Joint Membership. Your new Membership will be available to use immediately and lasts for a full year.
