Terms and conditions: Win a trip to the Eden Project in Cornwall

By entering the competition you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

T&C's:

  • This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Automated entries will not be accepted. 
  • Competition closes at midnight on 23 July 2022. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the competition closing. Please note this competition has now closed.
  • The prize consists of a family day ticket to Eden, a two night stay at The Cornwall Hotel and Spa plus bed and breakfast, and return train tickets from your local station to St Austell, Cornwall.
  • The family day ticket to Eden permits up to two adults and two children (up to 16 years old) to visit the Eden Project for one day during our summer programme (23 July – 4 September), provided the Eden Project is open to the public on this day. The winner must give at least five working days notice ahead of their intended visit date to book. There will be no physical day ticket to Eden provided – guests will be added to our guest list and will be required to email us to confirm a visit date. Further details will be provided at the time of contacting the winner. 
  • The two night stay at The Cornwall is subject to availability and to be used by 31 March 2023.
  • The Cornwall reserve the right to provide a substitute prize should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. 
  • The prize is as described and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • The draw will be independently witnessed and the chosen will receive the prize as detailed above following the closing date. If the winner cannot be reached the Eden Project reserves the right to randomly select a new winner.
  • For winners' details, please email hello@edenproject.com within eight weeks of the draw date. The competition is not open to employees of the Eden Project, The Cornwall or their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway.
  • No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. The promoter does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the website. Numerous factors outside the control of the promoter may interfere with the operation of the website.
  • The Eden Project reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage if deemed necessary.
