Terms and conditions: Easter giveaway

By entering the giveaway you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 

T&Cs:

  • The prize consists of a day entry ticket to Easter at Eden: Springfest for up to two adults and three children, plus a £100 voucher to spend in our catering outlets.
  • The prize must be used on a single day between Friday 29 March and Sunday 14 April 2024. We require 48 hours' notice prior to the winner's chosen visit date. Names will be added to our guest list for the chosen visit date - there will be no physical tickets provided. Further details will be provided at the time of contacting the winner. 
  • Competition closes at midnight on Tuesday 12 March 2024. The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the competition closing date. 
  • This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Automated entries will not be accepted. 
  • The Eden Project reserve the right to provide a substitute prize should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. 
  • The prize is as described and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • The draw will be independently witnessed and the chosen winner will receive the prize as detailed above following the closing date. If the winner cannot be reached within five days, the Eden Project reserves the right to randomly select a new winner.
  • For winners' details, please email hello@edenproject.com within eight weeks of the closing date. 
  • The competition is not open to employees of the Eden Project, or their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway.
  • No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
  • The Eden Project reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage if deemed necessary.
