The following are eligible for an Eden Communities Pass:

Eden Communities e-newsletter opted-in subscribers (by midnight 30 June 2022).

Individuals who have applied to receive an Eden Communities Big Lunch Pack and opted in to the Eden Communities e-newsletter (by midnight on 30 June 2022).
Your Pass must be activated before use – you will receive an email with instructions on how to do this.
Activation
Your Pass must be activated by acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once activated, you will be sent your individual Pass number.
Please note, Passes must be activated by midnight on Sunday 10 July.
Availability
The opportunity to register for an Eden Communities Pass ends at midnight on 30 June 2022.
Any registrations received after this date will not be eligible.
The Eden Communities Pass offer is subject to availability. The Eden Project reserves the right to cancel this offer at any point.
Start date and expiry
Eden Communities Passes are valid from 1 June 2022 – 30 November 2022.
Proof of Pass
Your individual Pass number is proof of your Eden Communities Pass and will be sent to you automatically by email once you have activated your Pass. Please note, you may need to wait up to 10 working days from applying to receive a Big Lunch Pack/opting in to the Eden Communities newsletter before you receive information about your Pass.
Please note, this product is digital only – no actual Pass or card will be issued.
Entry to the Eden Project
Eden Communities Passholders are entitled to free entry to Eden between 1 June and 30 November 2022, subject to the standard Eden Project operating calendar. Passholders need to pre-book a (free) timed entry slot online each time they would like to visit the Eden Project, by visiting edenproject.com/book, selecting ‘Book as a Passholder’. Entry slots are valid for the stated date only, for the Passholder only, are non-transferable, and are subject to availability.
General use
Your Eden Communities Pass cannot to be used in conjunction with any other offer, reward/loyalty programme, Eden Membership/Annual Pass/Local Pass, group booking, schools booking, online ticket or events/concerts for which there is a separate charge, and remains the property of Eden Project Limited. Eden Communities Passes are non-transferable, once registered. Pass holders may also be asked to confirm proof of identity and show their unique Pass number when visiting using their Eden Communities Pass. Passes may be cancelled and the holder refused entry if the holder is unable to confirm proof of identity/show their unique Pass number.
By activating the Eden Communities Pass you give us permission to contact you by email in relation to your Eden Communities Pass and the Eden Project, and to send you the digital Eden magazine.
