Terms and conditions: Eden Project x Trewithen competition

Please review and agree to these terms and conditions before entering the giveaway. 

Terms and conditions:

  • This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
  • Competition closes on Wednesday 6 December 2023.
  • The winner will be announced via stories and contacted directly on Trewithen's Instagram account.
  • The prize consists of a family ticket to the Eden Project (for up to two adults and two children), a family ice skating ticket, plus a Trewithen Dairy cream tea for 2 hamper.
  • The Eden Project family ticket permits general admission and ice skating tickets for up to two adults and two children, provided the Eden Project and ice rink is open to the public on this day. The winner must give at least five working days notice ahead of their intended visit date to book. There will be no physical ticket or booking reference provided – guests will be added to Eden’s guest list and will be required to email to confirm a visit date. Further details will be provided at the time of contacting the winner. 
  • Eden Project family ticket and ice skating must be redeemed between December 2023 – 18 February 2024.
  • The prize is as described and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • The draw will be independently witnessed and the chosen will receive the prize as detailed above following the closing date. If the winner cannot be reached within seven days, Trewithen and the Eden Project reserve the right to randomly select a new winner.
  • The competition is not open to employees of Trewithen, Eden Project, or their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway.
  • No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
  • Trewithen and The Eden Project reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage if deemed necessary.
  • This competition is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.
